"We visited Desi Chaska, the newly opened spot in Hamilton, and I must say – what an experience! We tried their pani puri, papdi chaat, kurkure momos, and spring rolls – and honestly, everything was absolutely delicious and mouth-watering 🥟🌯🍜🍔. My favourite was definitely the kurkure momos – they totally nailed it! The flavours were spot on, the spices were perfectly balanced, and everything tasted so fresh. I’ve tried Indian street food at many places, but these guys truly brought every flavour to life – it was next level! The staff were also incredibly warm and helpful. We were a bit unsure of what to order, but they guided us patiently with genuine recommendations. Such lovely people! I will definitely be going back again and again.
